Reunion with LIS

1987 we met Lis again. This time with a new name and new owner. She turned from an ugly duckling to a pretty swan. Eric, a Dutch tugboat captain, fixed her up, after buying her in Amsterdam harbor. Our American hero had long since abandoned her. Eric and Chris, a German friend from Falmouth, took off her lines. By curiosity, I later did a drawing on these measurements. Her lines resemble very much those of the norwegian pilotboats. Lis was about to leave for an Atlantic crossing in the same year. Don?t know, where she is now.
